The average price for properties in the region is priced from 767 thousand pounds to 7.3 million pounds.
Meanwhile, other areas that fall into the exclusive category in the UK are the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Furthermore, The North West has the most expensive road outside southern England. Economist at Lloyds Bank, Nitesh Patel, says it is not surprising that many of Britain's most expensive residential streets.
"Kensington and Chelsea have long had a global appeal and in recent years this area has attracted many foreign buyers," he explained.
